3, the car wiring harness is often fixed with a thin iron card, the edge is sharp like a knife edge, and the surface of the iron card is not insulated, the vehicle vibrates and bumps during long-term driving, the power harness is inevitably worn, cut and grounded. Wire harness burned;

4. When the wiring harness of the automobile is temporarily connected to the electrical equipment, the fuse current inlet and outlet are not known, that is, the power cord is randomly drawn, or the fuse is burned, the fuse of the same specification is not replaced as required, or the fuse is replaced by a thick copper wire. Device, loses protection and burns the wire harness;

5. The two terminals of the ammeter are often made of plastic insulating sleeve. The plastic heat dissipation is poor. It must withstand current, but also withstand bumps and vibrations. If the ammeter is loose or the contact is not good, it will cause the temperature to rise, causing the plastic to melt and take Iron, causing the wire harness to burn;

6, the connection of the column is not reliable, resulting in a large pressure drop and heat, for a long time, the insulation gasket will be damaged and the grounding short circuit. Note that the post of the ammeter and other instruments should be connected, and the wire connection screws fixed to the frame of the frame should not be too long, so as to avoid the iron and burn the wire harness.
